Getting to Sicily's Islands

Villa in Sicily has some superb villas on the Eolian Islands. See how to get there.
The Egadi islands are just off the coast of Trapani you can get there by hydrofoil or ferry and they are an excellent day trip, with crossings taking just 20 minutes.


Booking Tickets

Tickets for hydrofoils can be bought on the quay from where the hydrofoils leave.
Tickets offices for ferries can be found in port main road.
Although this isn’t necessary to book in advance in low and medium seasons, we do recommend booking early if you are travelling between July and September. Bookings may be made directly with the companies concerned. Alternatively, get in touch with us and we will be happy to do it for you, for a fee of euro 25 per booking. NB: all timings must be confirmed as they are subject to change and weather conditions.

A full passport or national ID card is required for visitors to Italy.
Passports, visas and medical information should all be sorted before yur trip. It is always worth double checking the requirements before you travel so as to avoid any nasty suprises.
